Afternoon in the Park

This weekend, I had the priviledge to photograph one of my best friends in a park nearby. We dressed in winter clothes because it was so very cold! With fears of looking frumpy and heavy by winter layers, we braved the cold and enjoyed an afternon in the beginning of the January weather. It turned out to be a really fun experience!

Winter clothing was necessary for this kind of weather! It was such a brisk day, but she held herself well.... she was such a good sport, considering it was only thirty degrees outside!!

I asked her if she would jump off the side and strike a pose. She looks amazing here with such grace and beauty!

Amazing girl... I love how she ALWAYS knows what to do with her face!!!! Even when she is posing over a creek :)

Stunning. Her look here is captivating. How does she do it?!?!?!!!

Beautiful. She was showing off the beautiful wedding rings against the dark tree...

Pose of a different, but beautiful nature...

Standing on top of a ledge that was shaking was quite a challenge. Can you see the fear in her eyes?!!??!! Yeah, me neither. Non-existent.

She is a natural in front of the camera! I love it. Modeling? Anyone??!!

Gorgeous, elegant old tree with many roots. It had a lot of personality that we loved!

I don't know if you would call this a tomb, a cave, or a strange concrete shed... but any which way you put it, it was a neat mystery.

What a priviledge and a joy to play around all afternoon in the park... taking random, crazy pictures with any idea that came into our heads was such a blast!!
