Yep. It's a little town get-together of many vendors around the town and all the adorable people who wish to come out. A band plays, dance groups dance, people eat, kids play, and dogs probably relieve themselves on the cute fire hydrants.
It's quite an enjoyable experience!!!
I've gone to a few over the past few years; and I've always liked it. Hope you get a "taste" from the pictures below... :)
